Interior Designer – Job Description Job Title: Interior Designer Department: Design & Architecture Reports To: Design Head / Project Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer to conceptualize, plan, and execute creative interior solutions that combine functionality, aesthetics, and innovation. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility, excellent space planning skills, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities: Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project objectives Develop design concepts, mood boards, and layout plans tailored to the client's vision and budget Create detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and specifications using design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.) Select and source materials, finishes, lighting, furnishings, and décor Collaborate with architects, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders during project execution Conduct site visits to ensure design integrity, quality control, and project timelines are maintained Prepare and manage budgets, timelines, and project documentation Stay up to date with industry trends, innovations, and compliance regulations Present design ideas and progress reports to clients for approvals Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field Proven experience (2–5 years preferred) as an interior designer or in a similar role Strong portfolio demonstrating design projects across various sectors (residential, commercial, hospitality, etc.) Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office Excellent communication, project management, and client-handling skills Strong knowledge of materials, design trends, and building codes Preferred Qualities: Creative thinker with an eye for detail and color Problem-solving attitude and adaptability to fast-paced environments Ability to balance aesthetics with practicality Team player with leadership potential Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
