Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor at RAAS Infratech, based in the Mohali district. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing day-to-day construction activities, ensuring that all work is executed as per project plans, specifications, and quality standards. Key responsibilities include supervising site teams, coordinating with project managers, monitoring safety and regulatory compliance, overseeing site logistics and material management, and ensuring timely project delivery. The ideal candidate will be dedicated, resourceful, and possess a proactive, can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in Construction Supervision, Site Management, and Civil Engineering (3-7 years exp.)
• Knowledge in Quality Control, Safety Compliance, and Regulatory Standards
• Skills in Project Coordination, Team Supervision, and Resource Management
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience in the infrastructure or construction industry is a strong plus
• Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
