Site Supervisor

Looking for a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure the successful completion of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of workers, subcontractors, and other on-site personnel. Assign tasks and monitor performance to maintain high standards of quality and productivity.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce all company and regulatory safety policies. Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to identify and resolve potential hazards.
• Quality Control: Monitor the quality of work performed, ensuring it meets project specifications, building codes, and company standards.
• Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues that may arise on the job site, such as unexpected delays, material shortages, or design conflicts.
• Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between the project manager, subcontractors, and on-site crew. Provide regular progress reports and updates to management.
• Resource Management: Manage and allocate on-site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, and other necessary project documentation.
• Qualifications:
• Diploma/bachelor's in construction management,civil engineering/related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or a similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
