Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Lucknow. The Site Supervisor will oversee the daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include supervising site staff, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, ensuring safety regulations are followed, and managing schedules and timelines. The role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills to address any issues that arise during construction. Qualifications Experience in site supervision, project management, and construction oversight Knowledge of safety regulations and construction standards Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency in project management software and tools Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred Previous experience in residential and commercial construction projects is a plus Show more Show less
