As an Interior Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing interior construction projects to ensure their timely completion, quality workmanship, and adherence to safety protocols. Key Responsibilities: - **Site Management**: - Supervise and coordinate interior trades such as carpentry, drywall, painting, and finishing. - Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety. - Implement and enforce site rules, regulations, and safety protocols. - **Team Management**: - Lead and direct site staff, subcontractors, and laborers. - Provide guidance, training, and feedback to support skill development. - Foster a collaborative and productive team environment. - **Quality Control**: - Ensure compliance with project specifications, plans, and quality standards. - Identify and address defects, deficiencies, or non-conformities. - Conduct thorough quality inspections and report findings. - **Safety and Risk Management**: - Implement and uphold site-specific safety plans and procedures. - Conduct safety orientations, training sessions, and toolbox talks. - Investigate incidents, near misses, and promptly report to management. - **Communication and Coordination**: - Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients. - Coordinate material deliveries, storage, and inventory management. - Provide regular progress updates, reports, and necessary documentation. - **Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting**: - Resolve site conflicts, disputes, or issues in a timely manner. - Address technical challenges, defects, or design inconsistencies. - Work collaboratively with the project team to find effective solutions. - **Administrative Tasks**: - Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation. - Track and report labor hours, productivity, and costs. - Assist in scheduling, budgeting, and cost control activities. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience in interior construction supervision. - High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field is preferred. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. - Proficiency in project management software and tools. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
