? Site Execution, Coordination at site

? Material Management

? Manpower Management

? Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors

? Formulating specifications and preparation or Review of BOQs

? Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, required documentation

? Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management

? Negotiations normally with clients site representatives & vendors

? Audit and Approve site measurement sheet & checklist

? Knowledge and execution of best safety practices at site Skill Set:

? Cost Conscious & planning skills

? Possess skills of reliability and confidentiality

? Good multi-tasking, delegation of work & duties
