Site Supervisor

Supervise on-site solar installation activities (modules, structures, cabling, inverters, etc.) Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and schedules Coordinate daily tasks with technicians, contractors, and subcontractors Monitor site progress and report daily/weekly status to the Project Manager Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) rules on site Conduct toolbox talks and ensure proper use of PPE Inspect materials, tools, and workmanship to maintain quality standards Resolve on-site issues and escalate technical or safety concerns when required Maintain site records, attendance, and basic documentation Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities Required Skills & Qualifications Diploma or degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering (preferred) 2–5 years of experience in solar PV installation or construction projects Strong understanding of solar PV systems and site execution Basic knowledge of electrical safety and construction standards Ability to read drawings and technical documents Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills Preferred Skills Experience with utility-scale or rooftop solar projects Familiarity with local electrical and safety regulations Ability to manage labor and meet project deadlines Working Conditions Field-based role at project sites May require working long hours or weekends during peak project phases Exposure to outdoor conditions
