Job Summary:

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at construction sites. This includes monitoring work progress, ensuring safety compliance, supervising labor and subcontractors, and maintaining quality standards to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision & Coordination
• Supervise on-site construction activities and labor force.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments.
• Ensure tasks are completed as per drawings, specifications, and timeline.
• Quality & Safety
• Inspect and ensure the quality of work is as per project standards.
• Enforce safety rules and protocols on site.
• Report incidents or hazards immediately to the Project Manager.
• Progress Monitoring
• Monitor daily progress and maintain daily work logs.
• Assist in preparing progress reports and updating timelines.
• Ensure efficient use of materials and prevent wastage.
• Material & Resource Management
• Ensure availability of materials and tools at the site.
• Check material quality and quantity during delivery and usage.
• Track inventory and request material requisitions as needed.
• Liaison & Reporting
• Communicate effectively with engineers, architects, and management.
• Submit site reports, labor records, and incident logs regularly.
• Participate in site meetings and update project status.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven 3–5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in real estate or construction projects.

Skills Required:

• Good knowledge of civil/construction site practices and regulations.
• Ability to read technical drawings and site layouts.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with safety norms and quality standards.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, emails, and site reporting tools.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time, site-based role.
• May require extended hours or weekend work based on project deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
