The Site Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specification. Responsibilities include managing construction schedules, coordinating subcontractors, inspecting work for quality and compliance with safety standards, and resolving any issues that may arise. The role also involves communication with project stakeholders and upholding company standards and policies on-site. Qualifications Strong understanding of construction management and site supervision Experience in scheduling, coordinating subcontractors, and managing construction sites Ability to inspect work for quality and compliance with safety standards Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues effectively Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with project stakeholders Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and company policies Ability to work effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred Experience in the construction industry in a supervisory role is a plus
