Role Overview

Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate daily site operations during events.
Manage staff schedules and supervise on-ground teams to ensure efficiency.
Handle client inquiries and resolve on-site issues promptly.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Ensure seamless execution that reflects Gaurav Caterers’ premium standards.

Qualifications & Skills

Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Willingness to learn.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle client interactions and resolve issues effectively.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
Relevant experience in the catering, events, or hospitality industry is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
