We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Event & Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day activities and ensure smooth execution of events. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate catering operations during events Assist with planning, logistics, and on-ground execution Manage staff and ensure quality service delivery Coordinate with clients, vendors, and the internal team Handle scheduling, inventory checks, and overall workflow Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues quickly Requirements: Graduate (Hospitality / Event Management preferred, but open to all) Prior experience in catering / events / hospitality management is an advantage Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to handle on-ground responsibilities and multitask Good problem-solving and organizational skills Willingness to work flexible hours based on event schedules What We Offer: Exposure to large-scale events and operations A professional, growth-oriented environment Competitive salary with opportunities to grow with the company
