Site Supervisor (Electrical)

Willingness to travel to project sites is required.

Experience: Minimum 3 years in solar PV installation/supervision with a core electrical background.

• Site & Team Management: Lead and supervise the on-site installation team, managing daily work allocation, productivity, and project schedule adherence.
• Electrical Installation Oversight: Directly oversee the safe and proper installation, wiring, termination, and grounding of all electrical components, including PV modules, inverters, AC/DC boxes, and earthing systems.
• Quality & Safety: Ensure all work meets electrical codes (Indian standards) and company quality standards. Enforce strict adherence to all site safety regulations and PPE usage.
• Testing & Commissioning: Conduct and supervise pre-commissioning and final commissioning electrical tests, such as insulation resistance (Megger test), and inverter functionality tests.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate daily progress reports, material consumption records, and site documentation.
• Troubleshooting: Provide technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve electrical and system-related issues that arise during installation.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent ITI/Vocational qualification in Electrical Trade with substantial experience.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in the installation and supervision of Solar PV projects.
• Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of DC/AC electrical systems, wiring practices, earthing systems, surge protection, and the working principles of solar inverters and modules.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of technicians/electricians.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
