Site Supervisor (Electrical)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day electrical installation activities at the site (LV/MV works, cabling, panels, lighting, earthing, etc.).
• Ensure electrical works are carried out as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, consultants, and other trades to avoid clashes and delays.
• Monitor manpower deployment and productivity of electricians and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, company safety policies, and statutory regulations.
• Conduct toolbox talks and ensure safe work practices at the site.
• Inspect materials delivered to site and ensure proper storage and usage.
• Identify and report site issues, discrepancies, and potential risks to the Project Engineer/Manager.
• Maintain daily site records, work progress reports, and material consumption reports.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover of electrical systems.
• Ensure quality control checks and rectify defects or non-conformities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma / ITI in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in electrical site supervision.
• Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical drawings, standards, and installation practices.

Skills & Competencies

• Good understanding of electrical systems and site execution methods.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and BOQs.
• Strong supervisory and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of electrical safety norms and local authority regulations.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, reports, emails).
• Good communication and team-handling skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
