Operations Manager (Solar)

Willingness to travel to project sites is required.

Key Responsibilities:

The Operations Manager is responsible for leading the execution of multiple Solar PV projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

• Project Execution: Develop and manage detailed project schedules and execution plans for Solar PV projects.
• Team & Site Management: Lead, supervise, and mentor site teams (Supervisors, Electricians) to maintain high productivity and quality control.
• Logistics & Inventory: Coordinate the timely delivery, secure storage, and efficient management of all solar materials (modules, inverters, structures).
• Coordination: Manage external stakeholders, including vendors, subcontractors, local authorities, and the client, for necessary approvals and clearances.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in the execution and site management of Solar PV projects.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong practical understanding of Solar PV system components, installation methods, AC/DC wiring, grounding, and commissioning procedures.
• Skills: Proven leadership, team management, project budgeting, scheduling, and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
