Job Description

Need to travel to sites all over hyderabad to check for Site quality and monitor for work completion Should have 2 wheeler vehicle Should be able to communicate to workers as well office staff to maintain work coordination both at office and site Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of all stores within the city. Supervise and support office staff to improve site and workers performance. Ensure proper material maintenance and requirement at site Monitor inventory and stock levels, ensuring proper stock replenishment and product availability. Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure high standards of cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising. Ensure the implementation of company policies and procedures in all locations. Lead and develop the retail teams, fostering a positive and motivating work environment. Handle customer service issues and provide resolutions. Analyze performance reports and develop action plans to improve areas of opportunity.
