Site Supervisor

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily interior construction activities, ensuring quality control, coordinating with design teams and contractors, and maintaining project schedules. This role is primarily located in Bangalore with some flexibility for other cities.

Job Description

1. Site Management:

· Oversee the daily operations of the construction site.

· Ensure the site is properly set up and maintained.

· Ensure the construction site adheres to safety regulations and policies.

2. Team Supervision:

· Supervise construction workers and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely and on schedule.

· Allocate tasks to the workforce and ensure work is being completed as per project plans.

· Provide guidance and training to construction crews as necessary.

· Coordinating with design team and taking inputs and suggestions

· Submitting everyday report to managers and team lead.

· Vendor shortlisting

3. Health and Safety Compliance:

· Ensure all activities on site comply with safety regulations.

· Conduct safety inspections, ensuring proper safety equipment is used and protocols followed.

· Report and investigate any incidents or accidents on-site.

4. Project Coordination:

· Coordination with mall and airport team for getting related approvals during execution or for any other documentation

· Monitor and report progress to project managers and stakeholders.

· Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

· Resolve on-site issues and delays.

5. Quality Control:

· Ensure work quality meets project specifications and industry standards.

· Inspect completed work and verify that it is in compliance with plans, designs, and regulations.

· Address any issues related to the quality of work.

6. Documentation and Reporting:

· Maintain accurate records of daily activities, progress, and any incidents on site.

· Ensure all necessary permits, documentation, and compliance checks are up to date.

· Report project status and site progress to upper management or project managers.

7. Budget and Resource Management:

· Monitor material usage and waste, ensuring budget adherence.

· Assist in the management of site resources, including tools and equipment.

Job Specification

• 1 to 3 year Experience in interior construction management, site supervision, and quality control
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with design teams, contractors, and clients
• Knowledge of interior, architectural and construction processes
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, details and design plans
• Proficiency in project scheduling and coordination
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Relevant certification or degree in Project management, interior Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
