Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor based in Bengaluru. The Site Supervisor will oversee and manage construction and design implementation at project sites. Daily responsibilities include monitoring project progress, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, and resolving on-site challenges. The role involves communicating effectively with team members, clients, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• Construction management, site supervision, and vendor coordination skills
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality control practices
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Communication and collaboration skills to interact with clients, contractors, and team members
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
• Work experience in the interior design or construction industry is a plus
