Job Title: Labour Site SupervisorLocation: Taloja, Navi Mumbai Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month Experience: 1–3 years (preferred) Qualification: Graduate Industry: Labour Supervisor Job Description:We are seeking a responsible Labour Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate site labor activities at our project location in Taloja. The ideal candidate should have experience managing labor teams and ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and on time. Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage daily activities of laborers on-site Allocate tasks to workers based on daily work schedules Monitor attendance and productivity of labor staff Ensure proper use of tools, materials, and safety gear Maintain discipline, hygiene, and order at the site Report progress and any issues to the site engineer or project manager Assist in maintaining daily work logs and basic reporting Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site protocols Requirements:Prior experience as a labour or construction supervisor (1–3 years preferred) Ability to handle and coordinate a team of unskilled and semi-skilled workers Basic knowledge of site safety and labor management Good communication and leadership skills Willing to work in outdoor/site conditions Residing near or willing to travel to Taloja Work Conditions:6 days a week, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (timings may vary as per project needs) Site-based role in Taloja (industrial environment)
