Job Description

Job Title: Labour Helper (Factory)Location: [Insert Factory Location] Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 0 – 2 years (Freshers can apply) Job Summary:We are looking for hardworking and dedicated Labour Helpers to assist in daily factory operations. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, reliable, and willing to support various departments in loading, unloading, cleaning, and general labour tasks. Key Responsibilities:Assist with loading and unloading raw materials and finished products Clean and maintain factory premises and equipment Help machine operators and other skilled workers as needed Pack, label, and move materials within the factory Follow safety guidelines and instructions from supervisors Perform general housekeeping tasks in work areas Maintain proper handling of tools and equipment Support with inventory counting and stock arrangement when required Requirements:Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads Ability to follow instructions and work in a team Basic understanding of safety and hygiene in a factory setting Willingness to work in shifts if required Minimum 8th or 10th pass (preferred, not mandatory) Benefits:Overtime pay as applicable Free uniform and safety gear Meal or travel allowance (if applicable) Opportunities for permanent role and growth
