Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor based in Kochi. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily construction activities, ensure compliance with safety regulations, manage on-site labor and resources, and coordinate with project managers and architects. The role also involves quality checks, progress reporting, and ensuring the timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Construction Supervision, Project Management, and Quality Assurance
• Strong knowledge of Safety Regulations and Compliance
• Ability to manage on-site labor, resources, and material logistics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using construction management software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Relevant professional certifications are a plus
• Prior experience in commercial or industrial infrastructure projects is advantageous
