Site Supervisor

Job Title : Site Supervisor Job Description : We are seeking an experienced and reliable Site Supervisor with a strong background in Civil works and a good understanding of Facade construction. The ideal candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations at the construction site, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with project specifications. Key Responsibilities : · Supervise and monitor daily activities on the construction site, ensuring adherence to civil engineering standards and project specifications. · Manage and coordinate site teams, including labour, subcontractors, and vendors. · Ensure the safety of the site and all personnel by enforcing health and safety guidelines and industry best practices. · Conduct regular inspections to monitor the progress and quality of work, with particular attention to civil works and facade-related tasks. · Collaborate with project managers to track project timelines, ensuring on-time completion of tasks. · Address and resolve any site-related issues, ensuring minimal delays in construction processes. · Maintain accurate records of work done, materials used, and labor hours. · Report regularly to senior management on the status of the project and highlight any potential risks or delays. Required Qualifications : · 2-3 years of hands-on experience in civil construction, with at least basic knowledge of facade installation or related systems. · Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints. · Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team. · Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. · Familiarity with construction safety standards and regulations. · Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
