Job Description

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at project sites, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards and client expectations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in managing workforce and site activities, and a commitment to quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: Supervise all on-site activities to ensure timely and quality execution of work Coordinate with managers, engineers, contractors, and workers to meet project goals Monitor manpower deployment and productivity Maintain site documentation including daily reports, material tracking, and attendance Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies Identify and resolve site issues proactively Liaise with vendors and subcontractors when necessary Maintain cleanliness and organization of the worksite Qualifications: Diploma or ITI Proven experience as a Site Supervisor (2–5 years preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Familiarity with site safety norms and labor handling Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation Additional Requirements : Willingness to travel and relocate to different project sites Language skills: Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, English Experience in construction, logistics, maintenance, etc. preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
