Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor based in Belgaum. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily site operations, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and coordinate with construction teams, suppliers, and stakeholders. Responsibilities include supervising the erection of steel structures, managing timelines and budgets, resolving on-site issues, and ensuring quality control. The role requires regular reporting and interaction with the project management team to ensure project goals are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising construction projects, particularly steel structures
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• Technical proficiency in construction and design software
• Ability to manage timelines and budgets effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Experience with Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) is a plus
• Willingness to work on-site were ever site alotted
