Site Service & Commissioning Engineer

You will have the opportunity to work in a purpose-driven company that fosters a culture of innovation, collaboration, and integrity, ensuring that every project undertaken creates lasting positive change. **Key Responsibilities:** - Independently handle project sites from initiation to completion of handover - Manage customers, vendors, sub-contractors, and statutory requirements - Plan site installation & commissioning using Ms-Project - Prepare and finalize statements & checklists as per installation & commissioning plan - Experience in preparation of P&ID, PFD review, and process troubleshooting - Lead pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, PGTR, loop checking involving static, rotating equipment, and E&I for various systems - Hands-on experience in configuration of PLC IO, logic for Siemens & Rockwell system - Coordinate internal, external stakeholders & drive timely completion of projects - Ensure on-time completion within budget, report timely & accurate information to management - Responsible for work completion, RA commercial billing, and sign-off - Manage project documents, materials, safety logs, and adherence to quality standards - Obtain project completion certificates and manage project contract closure **Qualifications Required:** - Education: Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Project Management, Engineering, International Trade, or related field - Experience: 3-5 years of project logistics or freight forwarding experience preferred - Language: Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (spoken & written) and strong proficiency in English - Technical / System Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), experience with logistics / transport management systems (TMS), ERP systems is a plus CECO Environmental is committed to providing a diverse and inclusive work environment where every employee is valued and respected for their unique experiences and perspectives.
