Your Responsibilities Will Be Process and manage invoices, employee expense reports, and payments across multiple legal entities and regions. Ensure accurate 3-way/2-way matching (PO, invoice, goods receipt) and compliance with international tax regulations (e.g., VAT, GST, WHT). Take full ownership of the Accounts Payable process from invoice receipt through to payment and reconciliation, ensuring timely and accurate Handle complex vendor and internal stakeholder queries independently, using structured resolution techniques and root cause analysis to eliminate recurring Act as a process owner, working closely with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Treasury, Finance, and IT) to improve efficiency, automation, and policy Support month-end close activities, including accruals and reporting for regional Reconcile vendor statements and accounts regularly, identifying and resolving discrepancies Maintain master data accuracy and adhere to internal controls and compliance policies, including audit readiness. Track and report against KPIs and SLAs, ensuring timely escalation and resolution of any performance Support continuous improvement initiatives, including AP process standardization and automation across multiple Daily monitoring of the “invoices” mailbox ensuring that all customer correspondence is dealt with The employee may be required to perform other related duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization. Your Responsibilities Will Be Primarily responsibility is to support sales in the quoting, designing, and costing of solutions to customer problems, including prompt responses to inquiries and questions. Handles application inquiries and recommends appropriate products with a high sense of urgency and in a timely manner. Provides quotations, both written and verbal, in accordance with ERP and company price lists, electronic quote tool and contractual discount schedules; performs necessary follow-up. Takes necessary actions to increase sales of the Division’s products. Represents, on occasion, and if necessary, the division at trade shows as well as potential visits to customer for sales or service-related activities. Assists in creating marketing literature, website development and other system tools to boost productivity and sales. Performs other duties of a similar nature and level as assigned. Education And Experience Bachelor of Science degree in Process or Chemical Engineering with plant emission control design 3 or more years of experience developing system design for wet systems packages (Wet Scrubbers, Particulate Scrubbers and Wet Electrostatic Precipitators) for industrial manufacturing processes. Understanding of EPA emissions, European Union Industrial Emissions Directive, Best Available Technologies and BREF requirements is preferred. Experience working with materials used in corrosive and/or high temperature and pressure environments. Experience working with technical specifications is preferred. Understanding of the physics of gas flow is preferred. Knowledge of fans and process systems is preferred. Experience developing cost estimates and proposals for engineered equipment systems. Experience working with air pollution control and product recovery equipment is preferred. Your Responsibilities Will Be Design, develop, and implement PLC programs for industrial automation systems (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider Electric). Develop Logic Block Diagrams and Function design specification Document control system architecture, programming logic, and cybersecurity protocols. Fill out & Submit cybersecurity-relevant documentation for PLC/DCS systems in the client's specified format. Troubleshoot and maintain existing PLC systems and HMI/SCADA interfaces. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate control systems with mechanical and electrical components. Conduct risk assessments and implement cybersecurity best practices in control systems. Ensure compliance with industry standards such as IEC 62443 Monitor and respond to cybersecurity threats in industrial control environments. Support commissioning and testing of control systems at client sites. Required Qualifications Hands-on experience with PLC platforms (e.g., Siemens S7, Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi). Solid understanding of industrial network protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP). Awareness of cybersecurity principles and experience applying them in OT environments. Familiarity with firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection systems, and secure remote access in industrial settings. Experience in cybersecurity basic level in the domain of PLC/DCS/ICSS networking. Experience with SCADA systems and industrial IoT. Knowledge of safety systems, SIL study & calculation and functional safety standards (e.g., SIL, ISO 13849).
