Job Description

The

Site Manager III - O&M

is responsible for overseeing the

daily operations, maintenance, and performance

of [specify facility/plant/site, e.g., solar farm, manufacturing plant, data center, etc.]. This role ensures

optimal efficiency, safety, and compliance

while leading a team of technicians and coordinating with stakeholders to meet operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations & Maintenance Management:

Supervise
preventive and corrective maintenance
activities to ensure minimal downtime.
Monitor
site performance metrics
(KPIs, uptime, energy output, etc.) and implement improvements.
Ensure compliance with
safety regulations (OSHA, ISO, etc.)
and company policies.
Manage
spare parts inventory, work orders, and maintenance schedules
.

2. Team Leadership & Coordination:

Lead, train, and mentor
O&M technicians and subcontractors
.
Schedule shifts, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to
SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
.
Conduct
safety briefings, performance reviews, and team meetings
.

3. Stakeholder & Vendor Management:

Liaise with
clients, engineers, and senior management
to report performance and resolve issues.
Coordinate with
third-party vendors, suppliers, and service providers
for repairs and upgrades.
Prepare and present
monthly/quarterly reports
on site operations.

4. Troubleshooting & Continuous Improvement:

Diagnose
technical/mechanical/electrical issues
and implement solutions.
Recommend
process optimizations
to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Stay updated on
industry best practices and emerging O&M technologies
