Job Description

Role & responsibilities Manage day-to-day site operations for HVAC & Cleanroom turnkey installations Supervise sub-contractors, technicians, and site labour to ensure quality work execution Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and budget Coordinate with design, procurement, and project management teams Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards Review and interpret engineering drawings and BOQs Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and submit updates to HO Handle site-level client communication and resolve on-ground issues Ensure material management, manpower deployment, and site logistics Preparing Reports on Daily progress. Supporting Invoicing and payment collection process to ensure positive project cash flow.
