Minimum 7+ years experience is required. Role & Responsibilities : You will be responsible for managing all the project execution. Plan and execute the Day-to-day activity at site. Efficient utilization of Site Labours. Updating in App/ online of day to day site work. checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly liaising with clients, subcontractors, Local Authorities and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager. providing technical advice and solving problems on site preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork. liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and the pricing of materials Ensuring that health, safety and sustainability policies and legislation are followed. Manage Conflict through the project. Manage inventory and update periodically.
