General Manager HVAC & Cleanroom Projects (MEP)

Experience Required:

• Minimum 12 years of experience in

  HVAC and MEP Turnkey Projects

• Experience in

  Cleanroom Projects

  (Pharma or Microelectronics sectors) is

  mandatory

Educational Qualifications:

• B.E. / B.Tech

  in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

• Postgraduate qualifications

  in Project Management or MEP Engineering are an added advantage

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Project & Technical Leadership

• Lead HVAC, MEP, and cleanroom project execution from concept to commissioning
• Provide technical direction in cleanroom classification, air flow, pressurization, BMS integration, and utility distribution
• Ensure compliance with GMP, quality standards, and applicable codes
  

Planning & Execution

• Drive project scheduling, resource planning, budgeting, and timeline control
• Ensure on-time, within-budget delivery of multi-disciplinary turnkey projects
• Review and approve technical submittals, shop drawings, and engineering deliverables
  

Team Management

• Lead cross-location project teams including PMs, design engineers, site execution teams, and contractors
• Mentor and develop internal team capabilities for long-term organizational growth
  

Stakeholder Coordination

• Liaise with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal departments (procurement, design, commercial) for smooth execution
• Conduct daily/weekly project reviews and risk assessments
  

Commercial Oversight

• Support invoicing, collections, and cost control activities to ensure project profitability and healthy cash flow.
• Participate in technical and commercial negotiations as needed
