Site Execution & Control

• Overall site execution, control, and supervision of the Railway Foot Over Bridge project
• Execution of work strictly as per approved drawings, specifications, and Railway instructions
• Effective deployment, control, and management of manpower to achieve required work output
• Planning daily activities to ensure maximum productivity from available manpower

Time-Bound Completion

• Full responsibility for completing the project within the stipulated timeline
• Ensuring required progress during traffic blocks, night shifts, and restricted working hours
• Adjusting manpower, work shifts, overtime, and resources as required to avoid delays
• Taking immediate corrective actions in case of slow progress to meet project targets

Railway Coordination & Compliance

• Daily coordination with Railway officials, PMC, safety, traffic, electrical, and signaling departments
• Strict compliance with Railway safety rules, permits, block conditions, and site instructions

Safety & Discipline

• Ensuring strict safety compliance, discipline, and PPE usage at site
• Maintaining safe working practices near live tracks, OHE, and passenger areas
• Preventing and correcting unsafe acts or conditions immediately

Manpower, Material & Equipment Management

• Responsibility for manpower attendance, productivity, and discipline
• Proper handling, storage, and utilization of materials, tools, and equipment
• Coordination with fabrication yard, vendors, and HO to ensure timely material availability

Reporting & Support

• Preparation of Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and block utilization reports
• Providing execution inputs and measurement support to billing and planning teams

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Palanpur, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Diploma (Required)

Experience:

• Railway Project: 3 years (Required)
