About the Role

Site Incharges OHE Projects

Key Responsibilities

• Lead on-ground execution of Railway

  OHE installations

  as per approved drawings and Railway standards.
• Manage daily site activities, workforce, subcontractors, and material usage.
• Ensure timely execution of work within

  scheduled power blocks

  and adhere to Railway safety norms.
• Coordinate with Railway authorities, internal teams, and contractors for smooth project operations.
• Ensure strict compliance to quality, safety, and technical standards.
• Plan site activities, supervise erection teams, and resolve on-site challenges.
• Monitor material requirements and ensure timely availability at site.
• Maintain accurate site documentation including daily progress reports, checklists, and measurements.
• Support testing & commissioning works of OHE installations.
• Handle multiple site tasks and ensure timely completion of assigned project sections.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering

  is mandatory.

• 510 years of hands-on experience

  in Railway OHE projects.
• Proven experience in executing

  multiple OHE projects

  independently.
• Must be experienced in working during

  power blocks

  and Railway operational conditions.
• Strong knowledge of Railway safety norms and OHE installation standards.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage manpower and subcontractors effectively.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

• Willing to relocate to Bengaluru / Kazipet / Gangakhed

  for full-time site responsibilities.
