Site Incharge

Job Purpose:

To oversee, coordinate, and manage all on-site activities for rural electrification projects, ensuring timely execution of work such as HT/LT line erection, transformer installation, service connections, and quality compliance, in alignment with regulatory and client standards.

Key Responsibilities:✅ Site Management

• Supervise daily site activities related to rural electrification (HT/LT lines, pole erection, DTR installations, household wiring, etc.)
• Ensure project execution as per technical drawings, specifications, and BOQ
• Coordinate material delivery, storage, and usage at site
• Ensure safety protocols are followed by all field workers

✅ Team Supervision

• Manage and deploy teams of line workers, electricians, and subcontractors
• Monitor attendance, work output, and productivity
• Provide guidance, technical support, and basic on-site training to teams

✅ Coordination

• Liaise with local authorities, Gram Panchayats, and community members
• Coordinate with the HO/project office for material supply, documentation, and escalations
• Interact with client/utility engineers for inspections, approvals, and progress reporting

✅ Quality & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and environmental guidelines
• Conduct quality checks and testing of installations (e.g., insulation resistance, voltage checks)
• Maintain documentation for inspections, test reports, and quality assurance

✅ Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports (DPR/WPR) and labor utilization reports
• Maintain site diary, material consumption logs, and measurement books (MBs)
• Report project delays, challenges, and resource requirements proactively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
