Roles and Responsibilities

Manage residential sales projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to optimize performance and foster a culture of excellence.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve project targets, leveraging strong interpersonal skills and team handling abilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, including marketing, operations, and finance.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic planning and optimize sales performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the sales process.
Should have had a stint in Closing, Sourcing & CRM (All 3 mandatory) since needs to make decisions, align strategies advise new plans.
