Site Head

Job Purpose

Lead and oversee the execution of hospitality projects across India, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and top-tier quality. This role demands hands-on leadership, strategic planning, and extensive site presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and monitor project execution across multiple sites.
• Ensure cost control, quality assurance, and timely delivery.
• Lead and mentor a team of Project Leaders/Managers.
• Drive value engineering and optimize site-level operations.
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, contractors, and corporate teams.
• Resolve site-level and local issues proactively.
• Conduct regular site visits and stay on-site as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering

  with 12–15 years of experience OR

• Diploma in Civil Engineering

  with 15–18 years of experience
• Additional certification in Project/Construction Management (NICMAR or equivalent)

Candidate Profile

• Proven track record of completing at least

  5 hotel/resort projects

  from concept to handover.
• Strong technical knowledge in

  Civil, MEP, Interiors, Landscaping

  .
• Expertise in

  high-end finishes

  and

  structural works

  .
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work from remote sites.

Preferred Industry Background

• Hospitality (Hotels & Resorts)
• SEZ, Hospitals, or similar infrastructure projects
• Project Management Consultancy (PMC)
