Were setting up our India engineering hub in Bangalore, and we re looking for a founding Site Engineering Lead to scale it from the ground up. This Is Not Just a Role Its a Mission: As VP of Engineering and our India Site Head , you ll be the technical and cultural anchor for the region: Drive engineering excellence across LLM infra, platform orchestration, and backend systems Partner directly with the CTO and product teams to define and deliver our next-gen AI stack and help build out our Agentic AI Platform Hire, mentor, and grow a world-class team of engineers across backend, ML, and devops Own delivery of customer-critical features and scalable enterprise deployments Manage the overall Quality and Delivery for product and ensure timely delivery of releases Oversee our customer delivery teams and ensure delivery for customer engagements through the use of our platform components. You Bring: 10+ years in backend or platform engineering (Python, Go, or Node preferred) Proven track record of leading teams or orgs at scale (10-50+ engineers) Startup or 0 1 experience building high-performance teams Passion for both code quality and human leadership Comfort navigating between strategy and execution Why Join Us?
