Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to manage day-to-day activities at the construction/project site. The Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising work execution, ensuring quality standards, coordinating with contractors, and maintaining safety compliance. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor daily site activities. Ensure that work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams. Check materials and work quality on-site. Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Measure and record quantities of materials and work progress. Assist in planning project timelines and resource allocation. Resolve any site-related technical issues promptly. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams as required. Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (as applicable). 1–5 years of experience in site execution or supervision. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, or relevant tools. Willingness to travel or relocate to project sites. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects. Knowledge of quantity surveying and billing. Familiarity with project management tools and reporting systems. Bridge deck slab work in dabol near Rathnagiri
