Role & responsibilities You would be responsible for planning and scheduling of all the project activities. You would be responsible for the effective execution of the works or project assigned. You would be responsible for inducting and coordination of all the contractors at site. You would be responsible for documentation of daily activities and compiling the site survey records. You would have to report to the superiors in the prescribed manner. You would be responsible for forecasting resource requirements, for example manpower, building, materials, machinery, asset materials, etc. You would have to assist site-in-charge in preparation of work schedule on daily / weekly / monthly basis. You would also have to assist site in-charge for resource mobilization. You would also have to assist site in-charge/ project manager in preparation of MIS reports. You would be responsible for checking daily records of material consumption and comparing the same with theoretical consumptions. You would be responsible for conducting routine survey of the site and to check the setting outs as per the drawings. You would be responsible for extracting works from the contractors and supporting staffs based on the time lines. You would also be responsible for monitoring works at every stage and getting the approvals of consultants to startup next activity. You would be responsible for implementing on site safety. You would be responsible for coordination of QA procedures at site. Preferred candidate profile
