Role & responsibilities You would be responsible for planning and scheduling of all the project activities. You would be responsible for the effective execution of the works or project assigned. You would be responsible for inducting and coordination of all the contractors at site. You would be responsible for documentation of daily activities and compiling the site survey records. You would have to report to the superiors in the prescribed manner. You would be responsible for forecasting resource requirements, for example manpower, building, materials, machinery, asset materials, etc. You would have to assist site-in-charge in preparation of work schedule on daily / weekly / monthly basis. You would also have to assist site in-charge for resource mobilization. You would also have to assist site in-charge/ project manager in preparation of MIS reports. You would be responsible for checking daily records of material consumption and comparing the same with theoretical consumptions. You would be responsible for conducting routine survey of the site and to check the setting outs as per the drawings. You would be responsible for extracting works from the contractors and supporting staffs based on the time lines. You would also be responsible for monitoring works at every stage and getting the approvals of consultants to startup next activity. You would be responsible for implementing on site safety. Role & responsibilities Analyzing MEP designs and plans. Thorough study of drawings and raising timely RFI. Follow up for the drawings, material and decisions. Planning & Coordination with MEP consultant and CPP team. Preparing Quantities, BOQ, making C.S with technical specifications and budgeting. Ensuring timely raising of PR/SR. Follow up with contractor/vendor for required material, manpower, equipment etc. Coordination between different contractors and agencies to maintain the project speed at site. Contractors material cross verification for quality and quantity before start of the activities and whenever or wherever required. End to End coordination of MEP project Execution like Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Firefighting, BMS etc. Discussing the practical problems faced during execution with project team and help to finding a suitable solution to project team. To assist for preparing necessary R.A bills and Final bills as per the work executed on site. Check any rectifications of the work pointed by consultants. Prepare sang list & clearing the sang points for handover from contractor. To follow companys safety norms, procedures and to report incident to safety department. JOB DESCRIPTION Would have to greet customers with a smile and extend a pleasant warm welcome. Would have to ensure that customers are offered water, tea-coffee-cold beverage as per SOP, on time. The GRE needs to ensure that no customer has to wait to meet our sales or post sales executives for a long time. Would have to attend telephone calls and note the messages for officials working with the company and convey the messages to the same. Would have to assist in admin facilities like taking care of housekeeping and maintaining cleanliness as well as day to day operations. Would have to maintain the attendance register, appointment register etc. for marketing office. Would be expected to carry excellent written and verbal communication skills along with equally sound interpersonal skills. You would have to ensure efficient response to customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner. Would have to co-ordinate with other staff members and work as a team. Would have to perform book keeping and data entry work for all vouchers in Tally. Would also have to do bank reconciliation & preparation of data for banks. Would have to assist in calculation of all the taxes e.g. TDS, etc. Would have to check bills and prepare expense report. Would have to co-ordinate for issuing of vendor and staff payment cheques. Would have to work on finalization of balance sheet.
