About the Role

Shift Engineer / Shift Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage shift operations to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous production.
• Monitor plant performance and ensure adherence to production plans.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (maintenance, quality, safety, etc.) to resolve issues.
• Maintain records and prepare daily production reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
• Guide and mentor operators for skill development and effective operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• B.Sc. / Diploma / B.Tech in Engineering (Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical preferred).
• 2–4 years of relevant industry experience (Freshers with strong technical knowledge can also apply).
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and team management skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
