Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Civil Engineer to join our Architecture & Planning team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in billing, site execution, and building works, along with the ability to operate computers for documentation, project coordination, and reporting. This role will involve working closely with architects, planners, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, verify, and manage billing and measurement records as per building project requirements.
• Supervise and monitor site execution activities to ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, planners, and contractors for smooth project execution.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Assist in scheduling of construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards at site.
• Work on building-related works including structural, finishing, and service coordination.
• Use computer applications (MS Office/AutoCAD or related software) for billing, reporting, and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in billing, site execution, and building construction (experience in Architecture & Planning projects preferred).
• Proficiency in computer operations (MS Office, AutoCAD, measurement/billing software is an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
