Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Engineer – Civil

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely execution of work.
• Ensure compliance with design, drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Good knowledge of autocad
• Prepare and verify

  Bar Bending Schedules (BBS)

  and ensure correct implementation on site.
• Resolve technical issues and ensure quality control throughout the construction process.
• Track progress, prepare reports, and update project schedules and cost tracking.
• Coordinate inspections with consultants and local authorities.
• Ensure the availability of materials, labor, and equipment as per schedule.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site staff.
• Maintain documentation of all site activities, including material usage, work completion, and delays.
• Monitor and enforce HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) practices on site.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in site execution of civil engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, safety standards, and

  Bar Bending Schedule (BBS)

  .
• Experience in handling residential/commercial/infrastructure projects preferred.
• Proficient in project management software (MS Project, Primavera), AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Certifications:

• PMP or equivalent project management certification (optional but advantageous).
