Details: https://maverickrealtors.com/ Job Title: Site Engineer – Civil Location: [Mulund / Ghatkopar/ Bhandup] Department: Civil Engineering / Construction Reports To: Project Manager / Construction / Planning Manager Job Type: Full-time Experience: 3-8 Years in Civil Construction Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Engineer – Civil to oversee and manage on-site construction activities for infrastructure and building projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring project execution is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely execution of work. Ensure compliance with design, drawings, specifications, and safety regulations. Review and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications. Good knowledge of autocad Prepare and verify Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and ensure correct implementation on site. Resolve technical issues and ensure quality control throughout the construction process. Track progress, prepare reports, and update project schedules and cost tracking. Coordinate inspections with consultants and local authorities. Ensure the availability of materials, labor, and equipment as per schedule. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site staff. Maintain documentation of all site activities, including material usage, work completion, and delays. Monitor and enforce HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) practices on site. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in site execution of civil engineering projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, safety standards, and Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) . Experience in handling residential/commercial/infrastructure projects preferred. Proficient in project management software (MS Project, Primavera), AutoCAD, and MS Office. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Preferred Certifications: PMP or equivalent project management certification (optional but advantageous).
