Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day on-site operations and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, BOQs, and industry standards.
• Coordinate with architects, structural & MEP consultants, hospital planners, contractors, and vendors.
• Monitor project timelines, maintain daily progress reports, and ensure adherence to quality benchmarks.
• Oversee execution of civil, structural, interior finishing, MEP works, and hospital-specific infrastructure, including MGPS systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and statutory guidelines.
• Ensure proper installation of medical gas pipelines in hospitals as per NABH/NBC norms.
• Prepare accurate site documentation including labor reports, material checklists, stock registers, and contractor bills.
• Manage manpower, materials, and machinery to maintain optimum productivity.
• Resolve on-site technical issues and escalate complex concerns to the project manager or senior engineers.
• Maintain strict quality control and adherence to approved technical specifications.
• Represent the company in client/site meetings and provide timely updates on project status.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 3–4 years minimum experience in residential, commercial, hospital, or MGPS construction projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of RCC work, finishing, waterproofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and hospital-specific services.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with local construction norms and regulations in Maharashtra, especially for healthcare facilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,176.72 - ₹22,819.93 per month
