Site Engineer (E & M)/ Depot

As an experienced professional in the field of Mass Rapid Transit Systems, at SYSTRA India, your role will involve reviewing elevated corridors and providing assistance to the Chief Design & Chief Resident Engineer (Elevated Station & Depot- E & M). Your key responsibilities will include: - Reviewing and supplementing detailed project reports/concept reports, as well as all available design reports - Assisting in the preparation of preliminary designs and tenders for elevated portions/stations and service buildings - Contributing to the preparation of Tender Documents for procurement of system, rolling stock, and depot equipment - Reviewing detailed designs and construction designs - Assisting in supervision, monitoring, and coordination with various teams - Ensuring project execution within quality and safety frameworks - Managing construction activities as per approved drawings - Overseeing overall site management, client/management reporting, and documentation - Certifying quality work and managing interface coordination with contractors - Planning construction activities, verifying contractor bills, and identifying traffic requirements during construction - Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, processing variations and change orders, and assisting in testing and commissioning activities - Performing any other work specifically mentioned in the Terms of Reference Your profile should include: - Work experience in both independent and team-oriented environments - Strong team player and effective leader - Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and timelines with patience, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to understand diverse communication styles - Commitment to compliance with Systra Group policies, especially on ethics, safety, and adherence to ISO 9001 and 14001 Standards Joining SYSTRA India means being a part of a dynamic team dedicated to improving transportation and urban infrastructure efficiency.
