Site Engineer cum Quantity Surveyor

. Site Execution & Supervision

• Oversee and supervise day-to-day site construction activities.
• Ensure work is done as per approved drawings, standards, and project schedule.
• Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, vendors, and consultants.
• Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and discipline.

2. Quantity Surveying (QS) Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify quantity take-offs from drawings (BOQs).
• Track material requirements, usage, and wastage control.
• Measure and certify contractor bills (running and final).
• Estimate quantities and costs for variation orders or additional works.

3. Planning & Documentation

• Prepare daily progress reports (DPR), labor reports, and photo documentation.
• Assist in preparing work schedules, bar charts, and resource plans.
• Keep track of material consumption vs. estimates.
• Maintain records of site instructions, measurements, and approvals.

4. Technical Coordination

• Read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Resolve technical site issues by coordinating with architects/consultants.
• Verify levels, alignments, and measurements with instruments (if trained).
• Assist in preparing working drawings or sketches as needed.

5. Cost Monitoring & Control

• Analyze cost impact of design or site changes.
• Report deviations between estimated and actual quantities.
• Support procurement team by estimating material quantities accurately.
• Help ensure project stays within budget by cost forecasting and control.

6. Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Monitor workmanship, material quality, and adherence to specifications.
• Conduct checks for RCC works, finishing, waterproofing, etc.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and site regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
