Job Summary:
Support site execution activities under guidance from senior engineers. Assist in monitoring work progress, maintaining documentation, and ensuring basic quality and safety compliance at the construction site.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in supervising day-to-day site activities as instructed by senior engineers.
Support in checking basic measurements, levels, and site layouts.
Help review drawings and understand work requirements.
Maintain daily site reports, material tracking records, and documentation.
Coordinate with site teams, labor, and subcontractors for smooth workflow.
Assist in ensuring adherence to safety guidelines and quality standards.
Report site issues, delays, or material shortages to supervisors.
Learn and apply construction methods, material standards, and technical procedures.

Requirements:

Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Freshers can apply).
Basic understanding of drawings, surveying tools, and civil construction concepts.
Willingness to learn, work on-site, and adapt to project requirements.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; basic knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
