Site Engineer (Civil)

We are looking for a proactive and technically sound Site Engineer who has hands-on experience in G+7 or high-rise building projects. The candidate should be capable of independently managing day-to-day site activities and supporting the Project Manager in overall site execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor execution of RCC, block work, finishing, and other construction activities as per drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site labour to ensure timely and quality completion of work.
• Assist the Project Manager in planning daily/weekly work schedules and ensuring progress targets are achieved.
• Verify and check measurements, work quality, and material usage on site.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and proper site housekeeping.
• Maintain site documentation: daily reports, checklists, material records, labour deployment, and progress updates.
• Liaise with the structural, architectural, and MEP teams for smooth execution and to resolve site issues.
• Conduct inspections at every stage and ensure compliance with IS codes and project specifications.
• Raise requirements for materials and track deliveries in coordination with the procurement team.
• Handle site queries from contractors and provide technical guidance when required.
• Be accountable for overall site progress, coordination, and discipline at site.

Requirements:

• Diploma / B.E in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2–3 years of site experience specifically in G+7 or high-rise building construction.
• Strong understanding of RCC work, shuttering, reinforcement, finishing, QA/QC, and site coordination.
• Ability to manage contractors and get work done efficiently.
• Good communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver as per project timelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,610.57 - ₹35,000.00 per month
