Site Engineer (Civil)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our growing team at Kevora Infracore LLP. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities, ensuring quality and safety standards, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and driving projects from ground level to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities to ensure work is progressing as per drawings, specifications, and schedule.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and the procurement team to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct quality checks, measurements, and material inspections.
• Prepare daily/weekly site reports and update project progress.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain site discipline.
• Support the planning team in scheduling and resource allocation.
• Solve on-site issues promptly and efficiently.
• Assist in preparing BOQs, estimates, and as-built documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 1–5 years of relevant experience in site execution (freshers with strong internship experience may also apply).
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and site measurement tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
