Strategic:
· Overall Planning and Execution of work from receipt of BOQ to Site completion delivering Quality on Time and Within Budget.
· To turn clients decisions in our favor & making profitable projects.
· To Maintain the Quality of work at execution sites.
Implementation:
· To delegate responsibility of work to engineers for proper functioning of site with specified timelines.
· Finalizing Subcontractors of all works according to BOQ & pre-approved rates without the support of management.
· Cross Checking Bills prepared by Engineers before sending for final submission.
· To prepare and get approval of extra items from clients.
· To ensure proper Quality control and reducing material wastage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹11,181.63 - ₹25,000.00 per month
