About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our growing team at Kevora Infracore LLP . The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities, ensuring quality and safety standards, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and driving projects from ground level to successful completion. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily site activities to ensure work is progressing as per drawings, specifications, and schedule. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and the procurement team to ensure seamless project execution. Conduct quality checks, measurements, and material inspections. Prepare daily/weekly site reports and update project progress. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain site discipline. Support the planning team in scheduling and resource allocation. Solve on-site issues promptly and efficiently. Assist in preparing BOQs, estimates, and as-built documentation. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent. 1–5 years of relevant experience in site execution (freshers with strong internship experience may also apply). Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and site measurement tools. Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines. Preferred Qualities Strong teamwork and leadership mindset.
