Job Summary:

We are looking for a Diploma-qualified Civil Engineer with 1–3 years of industrial experience in civil maintenance, site supervision, and office coordination. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing civil works within an industrial environment, ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution of maintenance and project-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor industrial civil maintenance and construction activities at the site.
• Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and safety norms.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal departments for seamless project execution.
• Prepare and maintain daily site reports, work progress updates, and material usage logs.
• Conduct periodic inspections to identify maintenance requirements and ensure timely repair and preventive actions.
• Support in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Handle office-related civil documentation, including estimates, measurements, bills, and vendor follow-ups.
• Assist the Project Engineer / Civil Head in executing civil infrastructure projects within the factory premises.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of industrial civil maintenance and site engineering practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and structural layouts.
• Knowledge of construction materials, industrial infrastructure, and repair techniques.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with basic project management tools.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced industrial environment.
